Project Description
This is a recent, ongoing project for a real estate company located on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic.
They’ve been selling and renting properties for decades and came to me to create a new website featuring exclusive properties they manage in the Sosua, Cabarete, and Puerto Plata areas. They have been very successful in supplying new homes to buy and rent to the North American population, Canada, and parts of Europe. The recent rush to buy homes in the Dominican Republic has this office busy keeping up with requests from buyers relocating to this paradise in the Caribbean.
The website pages have basic information about the company and the philosophy behind the founders. We designed headers that continue a design theme throughout for easy access.
One of the new properties is called the White House. It is a beautiful two-story villa with an incredible design. Featuring landscaping around the property, updated appliances, an extra-large pool, and a rooftop jacuzzi spa complete with a mini bar and cigar humidor.
Every property page has not only top navigation to other locations, but useful and well-designed image links are placed at the bottom of each for sale or rent property.
Featured properties are a “must” and the White House Properties company promotes theirs with the highest quality photography to enhance and enable visitors to see everything about the villa or condominium.
We also designed and implemented a new logo for the company.
The featured rental property is there “White House” so designed an illustrated logo.
