Our commercial inspection reviews the condition of the building's structure and any systems affecting occupancy of the building. The report will describe the building's physical condition and indicate what may need repair or replacement. The inspection generally takes 2 to 3 hours to perform, and the report is generated immediately, on the spot. The report includes photographs illustrating the condition of the property as well as any repairs or upgrades that are recommended.
