Step #1:
Strip down to frame and engine, drill, lock-tite and safety wire all applicable bolts and nuts, so as to pass tech inspection at track day/race day.
Step #2:
Install aftermarket rear shock with appropriate spring. Also front damping internals and springs for owner's weight.
Step #3:
Install exhaust pipe, power commander, steering damper, gearing, chain (size 520) new brake lines and Dunlop racing slicks front and rear.
Step #4:
Drain coolant and replace with distilled water and water wetter. Safety wire all radiator hose clamps and radiator cap.
Step #5:
Install racing fairing and seat, using zuse fasteners and light weight hardware.
Step #6:
Paint body work and seat to match.
Step #7:
Install spools for work stands in swing arm. Acquire appropriate stands.
Step #8:
Break in motor if not already done. Run on dyno and re-map ignition timing and fuel injection for this unit, for it's exhaust, to achieve maximum power and ride ability.

Step #9:
Test ride the unit to make sure it is ready for delivery at the customer's track day of choice.
Step #10:
Deliver unit to customer along with Danny Hull for 8 hours of set-up and tuning suspension and chasis adjustment to make sure the customer is fully happy with the way the bike runs, stops, turns and performs overall.
Step #11:
At the end of the track day, Danny will present the customer with his notes generated during the meet, and give the rider his personal set-up numbers (just like he has done with the pros for years) along with the rider's lap times and changes made to the bike during their time together.
Danny helps the customer load up the motorcycle and that's it.
